This Saturday brings one of the most anticipated matches of the season as the Bob Jones University Bruins travel to Eagle Field for what's sure to be another electric chapter in this heated rivalry.

Since the start of the Eagles men's soccer program in 2016, battles between PCC and Bob Jones have consistently delivered high-energy, hard-fought contests. The Bruins currently hold the edge in the all-time series with seven wins to the Eagles' six, along with one draw from 2023's regular-season matchup. Over the past three years, the two programs have traded South Region Championship victories, with Bob Jones claiming titles in 2021, 2022, and 2024, and the Eagles breaking through in 2023. Notably, each of those South Region Champions went on to win the NCCAA National Championship, further underscoring how much this rivalry and the South Region define the path to the national title!

This season, the Bruins have faced a demanding schedule and enter with a 4-7-2 record, their first losing mark since 2019. Most recently, they held Point University to a 1-1 draw, a team that topped the Eagles 3-0 earlier in the season. But when these two rivals meet, past form rarely tells the story. The Eagles sit at a 7-3-3 record and have battled through a strong slate of opponents, setting the stage for another fierce showdown under the lights on Eagle Field!
