Eagles Dominate Their First Ever Matchup Against Appalachian Bible

The Eagles traveled to Mount Hope, WV for the first time in PCC history, facing off against the Appalachian Bible College Warriors. Right out of the gate, the Eagles started hot and took control early with a 44—26 halftime lead. The Eagles then ended the game just as hot as they started with a final score of 89—54.

Leading early on, the Eagles never looked back and maintained a strong lead throughout the whole night. The Eagles bench set a new season record, recording 30 total points. Brandtley Koske and Christian Porter both recorded 11 points a piece and combined for 9/18 from the field. However, it was senior guard Austin Lewis who offensively led the Eagles. Lewis not only recorded 21 points on 8/12 shooting from the field and 5/9 shooting from behind the arc, he also nearly recorded his second double-double in a row with 8 assists in the game. This win pushes the Eagles to a season record of 6-9. However, the Eagles now move to a 4-4 record against NCCAA opponents, this is the most NCCAA wins since the Eagles 2020 season!

Tomorrow night, the Eagles head to Greenville, SC to take on NCCAA South Region opponent Bob Jones University in their 6th South Region game of the season. Be sure to tune in and support your Eagles in their South Region matchup.
