Lady Eagles Dominate Trinity College of FL on the Road

After a close first quarter, the Lady Eagles dominated the remainder of the game against their NCCAA South Region opponent the Trinity College of Florida Tigers.

With a 6-point lead heading into the second quarter, the Lady Eagles played hard the remaining three quarters, ending with a final score of 83–42. The story of the game not only came from junior Jenna Wolford and senior Leah Phelps, who together scored 51 of the Lady Eagles' 83 points, but also outstanding production from the bench! When needed, the bench came alive and totaled 26 points in the Lady Eagles' victory. The Lady Eagles finished the game 16/18 (88.9 percent) from the free-throw line. This ties their season high team free-throw percentage.

Saturday, January 14, the Lady Eagles will travel to Kissimmee, Florida to face NCCAA South Region opponent the Johnson University Suns. Tune in and support your Lady Eagles at their fourth conference game of the season.
