Eagles Suffer Road Loss to LaGrange College

The Eagles were dealt a tough loss this past Saturday against the LaGrange College Panthers. This NCAA DIII team has a strong 3–0 record early in this 2022 season. Though the Eagles' record fell to 1–2, they are still yet to face an NCCAA opponent.
 
The strong, stifling defense of the Panthers proved to be too strong for the Eagles. LaGrange was able to hold the Eagles to only 2 shots for the entire game. The Eagles' senior goalkeeper Adam Lund held off the Panthers as well as he could, making 8 saves during this Saturday match. The Eagles look to dominate possession on a game-by-game basis but could not get their feet under them in this game.
 
The Eagles head across town to face the University of West Florida Argonauts this coming Tuesday, September 6 at 7:30 pm.
