Lady Eagles Defeat NJCAA opponent LB Wallace in Thirty Point Win

The Lady Eagles continue their dominance at homes as they win their third straight home game, defeating LB Wallace Community College by a score of 74—44.
 
From the start, the Lady Eagles dominated the pace of play and were able to take a first quarter lead of 28—13. With this large scoring advantage early on, the Lady Eagles never looked back and took a decisive victory over their NJCAA opponent. Leading the Lady Eagles was senior Leah Phelps scoring 19 points and grabbing 4 steals! However, it is not always scoring the ball that leads to wins. The Eagles combined for 20 total assists on the night and were led in assists by sophomore Kyelie Marquis with 8 assists. Rounding out the dominance, junior Alissa Brewer scored 13 points and helped push the Lady Eagles to their fourth victory of the season.
 
Tomorrow, the Lady Eagles host NCAA DIII opponent LaGrange College at 1:00 pm. This will be the Lady Eagles last regular season home game before Thanksgiving break. Come out and show support and cheer on your Lady Eagles.
