You could tell that the Lady Eagles were glad to be back playing at home today against Judson College. The Lady Eagles came out shooting it well from deep on their way to solid 77-34 win over Judson College.

The Lady Eagles had played their last 4 games on the road. The crowd support from friends and family today was a perfect boost to add great energy for the Lady Eagles.  The Lady Eagles offense was flowing well, as the team shot 46% from the field and made 10 three-pointers.  The offense was led by Leah Phelps with 16 points and Caitlyn Benedik with 15 points.  The Lady Eagles were able to get 16 players in the game today for a much needed team win.

One of the most notable aspects of the game was the defensive effort of the Lady Eagles. The Lady Eagles held Judson College to 19% shooting from the field.

Coach Sellars had this to say after the game: "I am really proud of our defensive effort. We are really starting to understand and execute our defensive schemes.  It was great seeing a few players stepping up today, Leah and Claire played great today.  We have to continue to improve our offensive efficiency but I am really happy with the toughness of this young team. We are looking forward to improving and planning for next week."
