Braden Mottor, hired as the Sports Information Specialist in April of 2022, grew up in Rockford, Illinois, before attending Pensacola Christian College. In May of 2022, he graduated from PCC with a B.S. in Sport Management.
Mottor has been involved in and has cultivated a love for sports since an early age. With both of his parents being involved in the athletic industry, Mottor grew up in a sports-focused household. In his younger years, he played baseball, soccer, and basketball. In high school, he continued playing basketball and soccer. At college, he participated in every intermural sport that was offered. He also served as a manager and student assistant coach for the Lady Eagles Basketball program for three years under Coach Jared Sellars. During his senior year, Mottor color commented many of the Eagles basketball games.
“After being a student for four years and being in close proximity with the athletic department, I felt that the Lord had made it abundantly clear that PCC was not only a fantastic institution for learning, but also an amazing place to start a career.” Mottor stated.
Mottor resides in Pensacola, Florida. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf.
